All payments must be completed before shipping, and the goods remain the property of Luna until full payment is received.
Returns and Refunds
Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
- The product is received damaged, defective, or tampered.
- The product delivered is not as per the order placed.
In such cases, customers must:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share an unboxing video for damaged/defective items
- Share photo proof for incorrect items

Availability
Luna’s products and services are currently available only within India. Any order placed for delivery outside India will not be processed unless specifically mentioned.
