What sizes are available?
Currently, Luna pads are available in two sizes to suit different flow levels: XL- for regular flow and XXL- for Heavy Flow.
Each pack contains either pads of the same size or an assorted mix, based on your flow & preference.

We recommend changing your pad every 4–6 hours, or more frequently if you have a heavier flow. This helps prevent discomfort, leakage, and maintains hygiene.

Yes. Luna pads are crafted from natural, plant-derived materials that are biodegradable and eco-conscious. Luna Pads start decomposing in a composting facility within 6-12 months. We are committed to reducing plastic waste and supporting sustainable menstruation.
How do I dispose of used pads responsibly?
Wrap the used pad in its wrapper or toilet paper and dispose of it in a sanitary waste bin. Do not flush pads down the toilet.

How long does delivery take?
Under normal circumstances, we deliver products within 5 business days of the order being shipped. For non-metro areas, delivery may take 5 to 10 days, and for very remote locations, it may exceed 10 days.

Cancellations & Refunds
What is your return and refund policy?
Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
