At Luna, we are committed to delivering products that offer the highest standards of quality and comfort. Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

However, if the product arrives in a defective or tampered condition, or if you receive incorrect items, we are here to help resolve the issue promptly.

You are eligible for a replacement only if:

  • The product is defective at the time of delivery.
  • You have received wrong items that do not match your order.

In such cases, please ensure the following:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide unboxing video proof in case of defective items.
  • Provide clear photo evidence in case of incorrect items received.
