- We offer free shipping across India on all orders.
- Nominal Non-Refundable charges for Cash on Delivery (COD) will be applied at checkout. These are displayed clearly before you confirm your order.
- All items are typically shipped within 24 hours and delivered within 5 to 7 working days after the order is shipped.
- Orders are generally delivered within 5 business days for metro cities. For non-metro and remote locations, delivery may take up to 10 days or more in rare cases.
- Please note, custom orders, special edition boxes, or pre-order items may have different shipping timelines, which will be clearly mentioned in the product description.
Important Note on Payment Failures:
In rare cases, due to technical issues with your bank or payment gateway, if the amount is debited from your account but your order status shows as Pending Payment or Failed, don’t worry—your money is safe. Just reach out to us at:

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation is allowed only before the order is shipped.
- If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at care@lunapads.in or message us on WhatsApp: +91 77371 70799 as soon as possible.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.
- For prepaid orders that are successfully cancelled before shipping, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
